I came to yoga in the 80s after giving birth to my children and suffered from lower back pain.  I felt at home and immediately knew that the combination of  asana (physical practice), pranayama (breathing techniques) and relaxation/meditation  was what I had been looking for.

I trained as a teacher with the Satyananda tradition of yoga in 2002 – 2003.  I teach yoga classes in Horley for children, adults and some specialist classes.
