My approach to PT is to keep variety within the training, so that boredom doesn’t cause plateau. Every session I deliver will be specifically designed for your needs, using components that will be enjoyable yet challenging, ensuring you get the most from every session. I always set short- and long-term goals so that you don’t get too comfortable or stale. I have been a Personal Trainer since 2005, having graduated from Kingston University with a degree in Sports Science, and I previously worked part-time for three years with a London-based professional football club.
