F.I.T Gym Personal Training

If you are thinking of Personal Training, initially we would suggest coming down to FIT to meet one of our trainers for a chat about your specific goals and to have a look at our private fitness gym/studio. If you like what you see, we would then book a suitable time for an initial health & fitness consultation.

Within the consultation we will assess your goals in more detail, look at your exercise/activity experience and assess your current physical state. Data such as blood pressure, resting heart rate, BMI and lung function will be recorded.  You will then complete a specific fitness test relevant to your goals. The findings will later be written into a Personal Report for your own viewing.

PT Sessions can take place as often as you wish, although between one and three per week is recommended. This is obviously dependent upon time, availability, and budget.

As a FIT PT client, you are also able to come along to use the FIT gym at pre-booked times for a small fee, without the cost of a Personal Training session.
