This style of yoga is different from the more traditional forms of yoga and has been in existence now for 10 years. It is endorsed by the fitness industry. 

FFY is a fitness program that incorporates stretch, strength & Yoga postures.

It uses breathing, focus and style offering yoga postures that enhance strength and stability. There is no dogma, chanting or philosophy attached to this workout. 

We avoid extreme postures that exceed optimal ranges of motion in favour of individual strengths and performance.

During a Freestyle Fitness Yoga class moves and postures and taught and later sequenced together making transitions seamless and graceful. 

Every element of FFY is validated from a fitness perspective. Any one taking part in a FFY class can expect to improve their flexibility greatly in 8 weeks. They will learn how to identify the bodies stabilizing muscles and use them effectively and efficiently to improve their posture and move with more confidence.
