Karen runs our popular Wednesday evening classes.
Being a Personal Trainer and having a degree in Sport Science, I really value the importance of Pilates. It is not only for people that have injuries, but also for people that want to avoid them. It is a form of exercise that is great for all ages and fitness levels. My clients range from people suffering from chronic back pain, to athletes and they have benefited from Pilates. Core strength, stabilisation of the major joints, flexibility and rehabilitation are to name just a few of the many areas of fitness that helps improve.
