Anna Payne - Pilates Instructor
Anna is a qualified Pilates instructor, Sports Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer. Anna qualified with Premier Global International.
Anna believes that keeping the body balanced is essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles.
Anna runs our Gentlemen's Pilates class on a Thursday evening and our Saturday morning Pilates.
