My focus is on a balanced approach to exercise which helps people look and feel healthier, stronger, and more self-confident. I love working with clients and seeing the fantastic results they achieve often in such a short time. It gives me real pleasure to see the difference exercise makes to people, not only in their body shape but in their self-confidence.
I have taught group fitness since qualifying in exercise to music in 2000. Following an Achilles injury in 2005 I decided to train in Pilates and then my lifelong passion for yoga led me to gaining my teaching diploma from the British Wheel of Yoga in 2009. Through individual attention and blending the precision of Pilates with the versatility of yoga I teach people how to develop body mind awareness, restore physical and mental balance and release obstructions within the body.
