Fun dancing as you see on MTV.  Learn cool choreographed routines to fab music. Available for children and adults.

Jazz dance is an umbrella term of several related dance styles. All of them are
connected via common roots, namely tap, ballet, jazz music, and 
African-American rhythms and dance.

Core and flexibility training together with stretching to improve strength and mobility.

Cardio and strength training with resistance, either your own body, bands or weights

FIT’s ‘women-only’ hour! Available to all fitness levels to improve your stamina and tone your body.

A class for all men and women of age over 50. This class will be a variety of CV, strength and core conditioning.

Exactly what it says on the tin! Use the spin bikes to burn some calories and improve fitness levels, whilst the Core will focus on improving strength in the abs and back.
